The promoter of the competition is Ray Backhouse Lifespan Financial Services (the "Promoter")
The prize draw is open to all recipients of the promotion who are Australian resident and aged 18 or over.
The prize draw is not open to employees of the Promoter or anyone connected with the organisation or with the promotion.
Entry is free and without obligation, other than adherence to these rules. Upon meeting with Philip your name will go into the draw.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The winners will be notified within 28 days of the result, the first draw will be Friday 23rd December 2008.
No cash alternative is available.
First entry drawn wins a $1500.00 Gift Voucher to Quay West Resort- Bunker Bay in Dunsborough. The Winner can spend the $1500.00 however they choose to, whether is be on accommodation, food, drinks or the day spa etc.
The winners must be willing if required to participate in any promotional publicity and be available for a presentation on a day specified by the Promoter and allow the Promoter to print their picture in connection with the prize draw and/or future promotions as relevant.
The Promoter's decision as to the operation of the draw will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in our opinion events or circumstances occur outside our control.
Entry into this prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
