Low Doc Chattel Finance

Finance is now available for self employed people who do not have their tax financials available. This is available in Finance Lease, Commercial Hire Purchase and Operating Lease product formats. The amount available varies, dependent upon product and the security position of the borrowing entity.

A Chattel Mortgage is essentially a charge over goods to be financed. The Chattel Mortgage allows businesses who operate on a `cash accounting' basis to claim the full input tax credit from GST incurred expenses immediately.

Loan structures can be tailor-made on a similar basis to Finance Lease and Asset Purchase facilities.

Low Doc Credit Impaired Leasing

Limited Finance Lease funding is available for any worthwhile purpose from $3,000 to $600,000 for borrowers with some credit impairment (paid or unpaid defaults). Borrowers must own property with equity of 1.5 x lease amount.
